Hala Zaqqout

    Hala, 20, is a junior at the Islamic University of Gaza, where she studies English literature. She loves translating from Arabic to Englsh and vice versa, and volunteers extensively, particularly with children. Currently, Hala is working to learn sign language so she can work with deaf individuals. Hala also enjoys reading and attending drama, music and art exhibitions.
