Aseel Zeineddin is a Palestinian writer and human rights activist from Gaza City. With a legal academic background and a deep-rooted passion for justice, she has actively advocated for Palestinian rights across national and international platforms. As a former member of the UN Youth Advisory Panel-Palestine, Aseel represented Palestinian youth in dialogues with decision makers and global stakeholders.
She has contributed to several human rights and humanitarian organizations, focusing on documentation, legal monitoring, and raising awareness. She has worked in multicultural environments both in Palestine and abroad. She finds power in writing bilingually, shaping narratives that speak to both her homeland and a global audience. For her, writing is the strongest way to express her beliefs in justice and equality for all people.
She has been writing since the age of 13 and joined We Are Not Numbers in 2022.
