emerging writers from Palestine tell their stories and advocate for their human rights

Abdallah Hasaneen

Abdallah Ayamn Hasaneen was born in Rafah, in the southern Gaza strip. He is a student of law at Al Azhar University and a civic education trainer at Pal Think. Abdallah is a quiet person, an avid reader and a poetry lover. Writing is his way to express whatever burdens his shoulders. He is in love with the sea and walking along the road while listening to music.

    my work

What is the point of sharing with the world what is happening inside Gaza, when nothing changes?
As the bombs fell, I wish I could have covered the ears of my little sister who was crying.
Saying goodbye is extra hard in Gaza.
