The rabbit wishes he were not mammal,
but some kind of bird with a nest for a home,
so no one would mistake it
as a tunnel for Hamas.

The manhole cover wishes it were neither visible,
nor suspicious.
It carries only sewage and dirt.
It cannot imagine why
anyone could mistake it
as a tunnel for Hamas.

The man wishes his ass were created with no hole,
and God had designed
a different excretory system
so no one could mistake it
as a tunnel for Hamas.
