Editor's note: I asked Malak why most of her painitngs are of women, witih the eyes the focus. Her answer: The eyes of women never lie. Whenever they are happy, sad or depressed, their eyes speak. I don't think that's so with men. Their eyes are still; they don't change as much with their emotions. They are not windows to their souls.
