Rukman Ragas is Tamil writer of speculative fiction from Sri Lanka. Their work, exploring language, colonialism, and narratives, have appeared in venues such as khoreo, Apex, and The Baltimore Review. With over three years of experience in content management and editorial, he is keen on helping marginalized writers tell their stories.

He is a co-founder of the Writers of Color Club, an online community space designed to assist BIPOC writers pursuing traditional publication, and serves as an associate editor for the Haven Speculative magazine.
