Kumkum Amin

    Kumkum Amin worked in international public health for 18 years during which time she lived in Ramallah and East Jerusalem for almost four years, working with Palestinian women and their families in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. In addition to a graduate degree in business she has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and has published short stories. She continues to write fiction and is also working on a memoir of her years in Palestine. In her free time, she practices Ashtanga yoga and enjoys theater, reading, and walking in the woods; she has led project teams and has worked with, and mentored, people of all ages in a variety of settings. She currently lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and will be relocating to Mumbai, India, in mid-2024.
