Interlink Publishing has published a Solidarity Event Kit offering guidance for hosting events that highlight the humanity of Palestinians through literature, culture, and community engagement and that raise funds for those in Gaza under siege.

The Palestinian-owned, Massachusetts-based independent publishing house has published the Kit in conjunction with its September 2 release of the North American edition of WE ARE NOT NUMBERS: The Voices of Gaza’s Youth.
The book compiles 75 essays from WANN’s first 10 years, 2015-2025, as selected by WANN cofounders Ahmed Alnaouq and Pam Bailey. Alnaouq and Bailey also cowrote the book’s Introduction and Epilogue. 100% of the book’s proceeds will go to WANN so that it can support writers through writing and publishing support and payments for published work.
“People respond so enthusiastically to readings from the book – they make a great focal point for any Palestinian solidarity event,” asserts Alnaouq, who has been an invited speaker at scores of solidarity events in the UK, where the European edition has already been published. “I’ve seen audiences brought to tears and cheers.”
The kit includes event format suggestions, tips for maximizing event impact, book discussion questions, and step-by-step guidelines for event hosting.
