Nada Abdel Karim Hamdona is a translator and Arabic, English, and Turkish language teacher who majored in English and graduated with a bachelor of arts and education degree.
At Al-Aqsa University’s Faculty of Arts, she is working toward a master’s degree in international relations and diplomacy.
In addition to her work as a translator and language teacher, she contributes stories and analysis to the Palestine Post channel in both Turkish and English. She also makes Turkish-language video content.
Prior to the outbreak of war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, Nada was an English language teacher, assisting students in honing their language skills.
“As a writer and recorder of the war events in Gaza, I work to provide my people’s voice to the world so that it can see how resilient we are and how difficult life is for us,” she says. “Despite all of the difficulties I encounter, I keep going to school and working to guarantee my future.”
