Marwa Jamal Rummaneh is a Business Administration graduate who has published scientific research on the impact of strategic management on organizational performance within the Palestinian banking sector. Marwa has a strong interest in documenting oral history and the everyday human experiences often overlooked by mainstream media. Amid the ongoing war and destruction in Gaza, she feels a profound responsibility to share the personal stories of Gaza’s families. “Numbers tell us the scale of the destruction, but stories tell us the depth of the loss and the love for life. I write to protect our names and dreams from becoming mere statistics.”
