    Ibrahim Yaghi is a Palestinian journalist, human rights activist, and poet living in Gaza. He is a junior at the Islamic University of Gaza, where he studies English literature. He is a refugee from the village of Al-Masmiyya Al-Kabira.

    “I use my pencil to capture the resilience and struggles of the Palestinian people,” he says. “I strive to inspire empathy and global awareness, believing that words are the most powerful weapon to fight injustice and inspire change.”
