Aya Zaqout is a Palestinian artist and recent dentistry graduate from Al-Azhar University in Gaza. With a decade of experience in the arts, Aya has participated in numerous exhibitions across the U.K. and the U.S., showcasing her unique artistic vision.
Following the devastating war in Gaza, Aya evacuated to Cairo in April 2024 to continue her dental training and to restart her artistic career. Despite losing her entire body of work in the conflict, she remains dedicated to creating hope and building a stable future through both art and dentistry.
