Ahmad Mohmmad Abushawish was a high school student in October 2023 when the assault on Gaza began. He has participated in various training programs (for example, the English Access Micro Scholarship program and Amideast), and has worked as a volunteer in programs for children (Cooperazione Internazionale Sud Sud, Vento di Tera), including creating a Hamsa team. He is passionate about dabka, chess, and creative writing. He hopes to get a university scholarship to study in the U.S. or the U.K.
