Your eyes are poetry
In your eyes, the stars/Pierce my heart /Cutting through my hopes/Tearing them apart.

In your eyes, the stars/Pierce my heart /Cutting through my hopes/Tearing them apart.

It doesn’t cry when I do/It just sits and listens to
the symphony I play, entitled melancholy.

I still hold the key and tie it to my heart/The key to the house that used to be mine.

I want to write about you / and I want to write about me / what I was, what I am and wish I could be

Can he rewind/Lean in another direction/To dodge the bullet?

I found a love, given for free.I never really had to search…

We wish to go back to hide and seek / And play with kids whose names we didn’t even know.

I told the white pigeon soaring above / Go hold my one, three, two dreams make them stretch forever

I lose track of the beach shoreline / feel the wetness of the mud / notice the redness of the sun

Close your eyes, dive / into that fertile darkness / behind your eyelids

I groan in solidarity for WANN’s founder as she suffers during travel.

When war seems close, I find the illusion of safety in my room.
